Our portfolio of properties offers many selections in Maryland and Delaware. Once FMS gets to know a future rental home client, communication is sent via email with available rental home listings and photos. Next we will arrange tours, where clients are shown the rental homes that suite their tastes and lifestyles.
There is no cost to our rental clients. The home owner renting the home pays 100% of our management fees and costs. This is the best part—Freedom Management Services does all the work and our rental clients just tell us their needs--- FMS does the rest to find the largest selection of homes in the area you choose to live.
FMS takes the responsibility of preparing and reviewing the leases, protecting both the tenant and home owner, offering a win/win for both parties. We help the tenant from start to finish, walking with them every step of the way until the perfect home is located. Above all, there is never a fee for the tenant.
